Application in prescribed format for General Transfer of Teachers/Scientists during 2011 are invited through proper channel so as to reach this office on or before 30.04.2011. All heads of stations are also requested to sent the applications through e-mail to the id registrar@kau.in
The applications should be forwarded with specific recommendation of the Head of station. The Head of station, if not recommending the application, should specifically state the reason for the same. Incomplete, incorrect (or) late applications (or) those without adequate remarks of the Head of office will not be considered.
The application for transfer from those who are under bonded obligation to serve in a particular station need not be forwarded.
Receipt of the circular may be acknowledged.
