The Farm Advisory Service is the field wing of the Communication Centre. This unit is specially designed to provide an opportunity to the farmers to discuss various technical field problems directly with the scientists and the scientists in turn to get an exposure to the field problems. Regional/District level seminars are organised and conducted throughout the State by the Farm Advisory Service in collaboration with the various development departments, co-operative institutions, local bodies, village institutions and input firms.
