Sub:- KAU Pension Annual Life Certificate (Varshika Jeeval Pathrika) 2011 Submission of Reg.
All the pensioners of this University have to submit the Annual Life Certificate before 31st December every year, after receiving the pension for December. It is therefore requested to publish a notification in this regard in all editions of Malayalam dailies and all Malayalam TV Channels. The matter of the notification is enclosed for necessary action.

ഡിസംബര് മാസത്തെ പെന്ഷന് ലഭിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസര് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ വാര്ഷിക
ജീവല്പത്രിക, 2011 ഡിസംബര് 31 ന് മുന്പ് വെള്ളാനിക്കരയിലെ കംപ്ട്രോളറുടെ ഓഫീസില്
സമര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. കുടുംബ പെന്ഷന് ലഭിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നവര് ആവശ്യമായ
സാക്ഷ്യപത്രങ്ങളും/രേഖകളും ജീവല്പത്രികയോടൊപ്പം സമര്പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 2011 ഡിസംബര്
മാസത്തെ പെന്ഷന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനു മുന്പ് സമര്പ്പിക്കുന്ന ജീവല് പത്രിക
സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. മേല് നിബന്ധനകള്ക്കനുസരണമല്ലാത്ത ജീവല്പത്രികകള്
സ്വീകാര്യമല്ലെന്നും അതിനാല് തന്നെ മറ്റൊരറിയിപ്പുമില്ലാതെ പെന്ഷന്
തടഞ്ഞുവെക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ഫോറം തപാലില് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് പേരും മേല്വിലാസവും എഴുതി 5 രൂപയുടെ സ്റാമ്പൊട്ടിച്ച
കവര് സഹിതം കംപ്ട്രോളര്, കേരള അഗ്രിക്കള്ച്ചറല് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, പെന്ഷന്
സെക്ഷന്, കെ.എ.യു. പോസ്റ്, വെള്ളാനിക്കര, തൃശൂര്680656 എന്ന മേല്വിലാസത്തില്
അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
