MESSAGE

I am quite happy that the Kerala Agricultural University has come forward to host the third All India Inter-state Agricultural University Youth Festival at Vellanikkara. The Youth Festival has been so designed as to promote and foster cultural and national integration. I am sure the Kerala Agricultural University will be able to conduct the event in a colourful manner. I wish the function a grand success.
