GUIDELINES
 
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as early as possible. Please use one of the following methods:
 

(1) Book your hotel accommodation through the respective hotel websites.

(2) Hotel accommodation booking form is available in the printed Second Announcement. Form can also be downloaded here (PDF) (MS Word). After printing and/or filling, the form can be sent to the Conference Secretariat by post (address), e-mail (waterfowl2009@gmail.com)or fax (+91-487-2370117, +91-487-2370019) along with full payment as Demand Draft. Cancellation charges may be levied as per the hotels' policy.

(3) Alternatively, AKBAR TRAVELS OF INDIA PVT. LTD., can be contacted for booking hotel accommodation.
